Aerotech Heating and Air Conditioning

The guy that came out didn't really know what he was doing. Scrubbed the flame sensor in the heater. Charged $90 to come out. Broke my light in the attic. Problem still persisted and I called him again. He came back and fiddled with the gas valve. Said everything was working fine. Obviously, it wasn't because the temp in the house was way lower than the set temp. Said it was my thermostat's programming. I do not recommend these guys.

Mr. Mushtak Ahmed was on time on a Friday evening shortly after I initially contacted HomeAdvisor. He was very courteous and within a very short time he had identified the problem and had my furnace working. I would highly recommend his service (AeroTech).

KNEW WHAT PROBLEM WAS AND GOT IT FIXED FAST.

He came to repair my furnace on a Saturday night. He was running late and had the courtesy to call and let me know. He fixed my problem within 20 minutes of arriving and charged me an incredibly reasonable price.

He has the best prices on his services.

Tech came out looked at my air conditioner.

Needed a/c repair and a pro called me ASAP and showed up on time.

Mr. Ahmed was very timely. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate my needs. I had to run out and he worked on the AC problem until I returned. Totally trustworthy and reliable. he kept the quoted price even though he had to get another part. He will be the first person I call if I have any other HVAC issues.

My Central Air Conditioner was set at 72 degrees. However, the room temperature was 77 degrees. As a result I needed a tech ASAP!!!. However, it was a Sunday morning & after I contacted HomeAdvisor. Aerotech was he only tech that responded. The owner Ahmed Mushtak said he would come over Monday at 9:00am, however, he called me back 1/2 hour later and ask if I would like for him to come over now. I said YES!! He said give him 20 minutes. He was meticulous & very thorough. The worn-out wire that he found inside the outdoor Compressor he hopeful & was correct was the MAIN problem plus some additional Freon. His service fee was Affordable & Well Worth it!!! Just think he was the ONLY one Air Conditioner Tech that CALLED and came out the SAME-DAY!!!. Thank GOD for this MAN!!! A 2nd Tech called the next day. A 3rd tech call the next day as well. However, he wanted my to charge his service fee to my Visa Card before he come out. I said forget about it. It was more about getting paid first and then check the problem with my central air conditioner later. I will be using Aerotech Heating & Air Conditioning Service forever. Mr. Ahmed Mushtak is a GOD Send. Because of the week-long heatwave , I have been stuck in my house enjoying the cool/cold air thanks to Aerotech Heating and Air Conditioning service. (Smile)

Ask for pricing up front. He came out, checked his gauges, rechared my system all without so much as mentioning a price. The system is running fine and he was there within an hour but, i was surprised at how he never mentioned 150 just to show up! Small, private run, quick results so, im happy, just wish he was up front!

Was told at initial diagnosis that I needed a new compaziter. He didn't have that part but came back on Saturday. He did come out right away and returned quickly to repair which I really appreciated. On second day he replaced part but Ac still not working He insisted all I needed was to replace my thermostat and then it would work. I paid $550.00 cash. I asked for an invoice he had none. He said he would send me a receipt thru email. My Ac still didn't work after replaced. I called him and he said that was the problem. A friend checked the fuses and one was blown. In the end he did come over and replace fuse. Paid additional $90.00 and still did not get an invoice

Technician came the same day and quickly found the problem and corrected it within 15 minutes. It was a simple wire repair. The cost was $160 for 15 minutes of work which I think is way too high and they did not accept credit cards. The technician was nice and worked efficiently but I guess it is my fault that I should have gotten a verbal quote before the work was even started.
