    Was billed on my credit card without any notice, resulting in a late payment and downgrading of my credit score. When I approached the Kennesaw location in an effort to rectify this and have this classified as a billing error was told no. Still on my credit statement over three years later. They recently attempted to sell my elderly sister a second air filter when the filter she has was rated to cover her square footage. Trying to take advantage of the elderly.

    Response from Company:

    If a charge that you don't agree with appears on your credit card, it is necessary to contest the charge with the credit card company. That company would then contact us for resolution. We will be glad to assist in resolving this, but we have no way of identifying the customer so we can search our records.

    I enjoyed working with Chris and Rich. I am so happy to have my Dust de Care central Vac repaired and back in working order. They are super knowledgeable and this was a great value to have a new motor repair and not be encouraged to get a whole new system. I definitely will be calling them again in the future.
