Manny (the customer representative) came over within the hour that I called. He was knowledgeable and trustworthy. He had everything with him and explained everything that I needed to know. I bought a new system and he had it installed 3 hours later! He even came back with the installer! Would highly recommend this company to everyone!!

I was having several issues with my Hayden Central Vac system. I called office to schedule an appointment, and was given an appointment that same day. Many was very professional and knowledgeable, remedying one of the issues within the first 2 minutes of him being in my home. He thoroughly tested my wall outlets and discovered that the problem was in my power hose. A new hose was purchased and Manny delivered the hose later that afternoon. My central vac is working great again. Thank you Manny for your AWESOME customer service!
