Michelle was my technician from Aerus who came to analyze the air in my home. Michelle was very personable and explicit in all aspects and explained things in a way that I totally understood. She also examined my water softener that I have in my small garage and said all the readings were good. She explained the various equipment I can purchase to help purify the air in my home as well as the water using reverse osmosis. I told Michelle that this is something that I will give much thought to. I highly regard Michelle as an excellent asset to Aerus in all respects.
