Reviews
Write a ReviewThis company is a fraud and a scam. We signed an agreement with Aesops Gables in June 2023 and gave a down payment of close to $8k. A month later they closed their doors in ELP and in Albquerque, leaving a slew of paying customers hanging without a product or a refund. No one in Albuquerque returns our calls; the ph number has since gone to a voicemail box. The local company is now called Aesthetics and don't handle windows, has no record of our agreement or our production order. We have filed a civil claim in JP court -- but with the management having absconded with our $$, not sure how we'll ever recover our funds. We plan to also have media produce a news story. Spreading the word about this fraudulent business -- do not sign anything with them or entertain employing them. Buyer BEWARE of these crooks!
I recently took out a loan for $25000 dollars to have my stucco redone and my doors replaced. This was through Aesopes Gables who merged with Aestheic windows and doors. I took this loan at the end of May 2023. We are now in October. The guys came out and did my doors. Super great guys, and the stucco guy came out same day and said they would start the next week. That was the end of August. Well, the day they came to do my doors was the day they were merging. They knocked out stucco to put the doors in and left a opening all the way around the door. I was not worried cause I knew they would fix it when they came to stucco in a couple days. I then got a call that I needed to finance the $6000 left through a different company than I had already been approved through cause they no longer work with the other company. I explained that they left my house exposed to the weather, not to mention we were having this done to prevent damage to our home. They sent someone who filled in around the doors with concrete and left. Now around my doors are gray and my house is still brown. I only purchased the color of door I did because the house is supposed to be stucco and painted gray. I let them apply for the loan and I was approved. That was the last I heard from them in 4 weeks. I have left numerous messages and no one gets back to me. I guess my next step may have to be to take legal action. They already have $25,000 that I am paying on and I can not get in touch with anyone. I am very disappointed with this company and I am not the only one having issues since they merged companies. Now neither company will help!
TERRIBLE experience!!! Our understanding with the sales agent was that we were getting specific brand windows with specific features. When the windows were installed, the double hung windows did not include the (tilt-to-clean-from inside) feature. At this point, we realized we had been given a lower-grade window than we expected (contractor grade Andersen windows instead of Renewal by Andersen, which Aesops Gables presented itself as affiliated with). Our multiple attempts to reconcile this led to an admission of an honest mistake and an unacceptable offer to resolve the matter. This company puts the burden of knowing model number differences on the customer, in our case, seniors on a fixed monthly budget. WE WISH WE HAD NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH AESOPS GABLES!!!
Had a little problem with the guest bathroom installation but an outstanding workmanship with the master shower.
I would have made the rating zero stars but that is not an option.
It's upsetting to hear that your experience was anything but stellar. We will continue to work towards a resolution. Thank you.
Need a walk in shower
Thank you Bath Planet - Perfiect timing with the spread of the Coronas Virus just getting started.! This company was fantastic from the time the Design Consultant walked in the door, the communicating with me before we got started and to the point of completing my project. Service was first class and I not only love the low maintenance of my shower but the look and the sense of comfort knowing that I am no longer breathing a bunch of underlying mold but my showering experience is really comforting especially now that the spread of the Corona Virus is all over the place.
Electrician and cabinet maker very good craftsmanship and pride in their work.
They tend to be expensive but do quality work and the merchandise is well made.
Excellent work...I had 2 bathrooms remodeled. They were very clean and neat, and very courteous. Took about 7 weeks from order to completion, but it was worth the wait. Total cost was about $18,500.
