If any of you that went through Aesops Gables/Bath Planet would like to file a lawsuit with me against me email me at leftylori@aol.com. They are doing the exact same thing to me, I have had my shower torn apart for almost 3 months. They wont return my phone calls and when I do get a person they wont do anything except transfer me to another number where I go to a voice mail and no one returns my call.

We are in the 9th Mont with an uncompleted project. It turns out that Aesop's Gables worked for Bath Planet. Bath Planet are individually owned. The one they worked for and the one we contracted (through Aesop's Gables) just folded, leaving us with an uncompleted bathroom. The AZ ROC was here today which is when I found out they had folded. For months no one would talk to us and there was a lot of turnover. Our contract was with Aesop's Gables but under the Bath Planet contractors license. We have entered our 9th month and Bath Planet has folded. But Aesop's Gables were the sales people and the ones whose name is on the contract. They have not lifted a finger to solve this issue. If you have had a good experience with Aesop's Gable, you are ver very lucky. We have not had use of the bathroom for these last 8 months, and now we will have to pay extra out of pocket to finish the work. We are on the hook with MOMNT financing for the full price. Do not walk away from Aesop's Gables. You need to run. Ethics are not hteir strong suit.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS!! Installation took over 2 weeks, and was never completed. We never received the glass installation, and we were told to use the shower without. The shower floor/pan leaked under our wood plank flooring causing it all to warp. Additionally, an employee dropped some equipment in our kitchen and broke a floor tile. So for a lot of money, I now have our main bathroom with warped flooring, an unusable shower, a broken tile in our kitchen and after weeks of attempting customer service, we have decided to go with a law suit and have someone else complete the repairs and finish the job. Such an inconvenience and poor work ethic displayed by Aesops.

The person who â sellsâ you is very quick but once they have your down payment, they could care less about you. They never called us fo schedule the measurements so we did. Five times before they gave us a time frame which is three and a half months from when we paid them. Their contract states they will start within 30 days so we have a breach in contract. Iâ m fuming and will never recommend this company. No countertops to review as of yet. Check again in May.

Company was extremely professional to work with and got everything done in a very timely manner. We had them doing multiple projects in different rooms, so with a newborn we were worried how long everything would take. But they came in and did everything so fast my wife and I were in shock when they said they were done. Everything looks amazing, thank you guys so much!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
