Affinity at Home, LLC

Awful. We hired Virginia Craig for 3 months worth of cleaning at a time. This was supposed to a years worth of work. She did three cleanings, not bad, but not much better than my 13 year old daughter does. This was supposed to be a stress relief for the family and expected a much more detailed clean since each 2hr visit was 150 dollars. Three cleanings were done, and after the first cleaning there was little communication on the time they would arrive for the cleaning, cleanings were rescheduled / canceled the day before. after missing 2 cleanings we tried to contact her and she apologized saying she had family issues. After some discussion the wife and I decided to cancel the last three cleanings and get a refund, the service wasn't bad, but it wasn't 150 dollars worth and wasn't reliable. Once we stated this to Mrs. Craig, she would not respond to text messages, return phone calls, etc. After two months passed, we sent a certified letter to the address on the receipt. After a month of delivery attempts the letter was returned to us. Since then the address has been removed from the Affinity @Home website. Affinity @Home and Virginia Craig are awful.

DON'T TRUST THEM !!! They will charge you and will not show up or answer your calls. I was charged 3000$ for the entire project. I paid my first payment of 2000$, on the day of installation the only thing delivered is an old barrel chair with squeaks and tears and lots of dust. They promised me to fix in that week and that was the last time I saw them. I became sick with the dust around in my study room. I called her texted her to remove or clean the furniture as i am allergic to dust and never got a response back.I was cheated very bad. I tried contacting them but they never responded. She would show very nice pics of the furniture and will not get them for you. Indeed you wouldn't get anything. For 2000$ i got a stupid barrel chair. She charged me for an entire project for living room, study room, kitchen but didn't do anything. Very unprofessional. They will never call back , don't reply to texts or emails. So rude!! I was so disappointed !! I saved every penny to make my home look beautiful but was cheated.

Very professional and thorough! Up front with price, which was very reasonable! Super nice and understanding! Would definitely hire again!

These people are amazing. My kitchen is beautiful. They are very professional. I even added another room for them to do. What a great company.

We purchased a 3200 square foot home that was filthy upon move in date. I did not have time to move, paint AND clean the new home so I found Affinity through Home Advisor. I told them it was an emergency and the owners of Affinity showed up personally within hours and worked until 11:00pm working their magic on my new home! These two ladies are amazing and they are extremely down to earth and friendly. They even gave me some cleaning tips for some deep clean needs. Great ladies, great service, great results! I will call them again!!
