Needed a wall to stop heavy water flow into our foundation and HVAC had to get a new hvac because of water and debris flowing into it

Got the job done as promised and on time.

One week project of hauling trees and heavy bush then I also got 3 acres of grading with proper drainage

They walked me through a previous job with ann Marie and gave me a first hand view since what we wanted other companies had to subcontract Gerardo and had 3 crews work on our outdoor project in a gated subdivision thanks

There was a 6 men crew that layed 50 pallets of sod My yard was full of weeds and I wanted a better look I also had my patio re leveled and sealed The last guys didn?t install correct base but Affluentview got me right

On time, "exuberant", completed job, but with too severe of a drainage slope. Left a big mess with product dust everywhere. I'm continuing to clean dust that has adhered to everything: patio surface, cars, landscaping Nothing was protected with coverings. The product used to adhere the pavers became airborne and when rinsed, adheres. We are not happy.

I needed four 2 acre lots cleared all trees and shrubs hauled off and graded on real estate just purchased will continue to use them good smooth business

Very knowledgeable 3 companies came and were very stuck not really an answer for my questions and concerns Gerardo and his team installed walk way and steps leading to garage and basketball pad for my kids

AffluentView did work for us years ago wall and driveway still good shape previously hired them week ago and had my yard graded for drainage and water doesnt sit anymore got rid of bamboo it was invasive and did a trench out by our pond water overflowed

The crew was friendly, but they did not do the work that we agreed upon. They didn't bring the equipment that they needed to complete the work, but instead of approaching me about it, continued to work. After I noticed that the work wasn't being completed as we agreed, I approached them and expressed my dissatisfaction. They explained that they didn't bring the correct equipment. I made the mistake and compromised on the original work because I could sense that they weren't going to try to do what was agreed upon. So, instead of removing 69 CYDs of dirt, they maybe removed 7 and graded the rest. Instead of removing the multiple stumps, they covered the stumps with the dirt that should have been removed. Then at the end of the day, they asked me for full payment. I'll never consider this company or these people for work again. They get two stars because the graded dirt did look okay. Problem is all of that dirt shouldn't be there.

I stay out in a ranch my driveway was 2 miles long with major drainage issues especially by the lake everybody I called would not take on project called Gerardo with affluent view came out with proper guys and experienced operators and they nailed it I recommend them big time

Had a lot of overgrown bushes to trim back. Showed up the next day and did a good job with cutting and cleanup. I would use them again.

Gerardo came out to give me an estimate. I’m very extensive project involving excavating trenching, and drainage. He seemed very young, but extremely knowledgeable. He told me exactly what steps he would take to complete the process and i’m like most of my experiences. He completed every step as promised, showing me the progress after each step he and his team exceeded all of my expectations at a very reasonable price. He even went above and beyond and used the leftover gravel to grade the end of my mom‘s driveway at no extra charge. I could not recommend him more highly.

Gerardo did a great job digging a storm water runoff ditch on the back of my property! He was on time and very efficient!
