This is to cancel my previous review as I have now heard from them and understand why I did not hear back. I have, however, decided to forego have the lifters installed. This appears to be a good company and both Jason and Crystal are extremely hard workers and do a very good job. At this point, I would recommend them to others as I understand there was an issue beyond their control that caused the problem.

Septic Tank Cleaning or Pump Out
We hired Affordable Septic to pump our 1,000 gal. septic tank 10/17/20 through the HomeAdvisor website. We received a call from them shortly after completing the questionnaire stating they could do it that day and it would be afternoon or early evening and that the maximum price would be $350. They called about 4:00 pm and said they were an hour away and should be here by 5:00 pm. Heard nothing more and they finally showed up about 6:15 pm. They pumped the septic tank as requested and sold us on having septic tank risers installed. He said they were usually $800-$900 but he would do it for $700 and no charge for the pumping which would have been $350. Paid them 1/2 the cost of the risers ($350) and the balance would be due when the job was complete. We decided to do that and they advised they would be back on Monday to install them and that they would call to tell us when they would be here. Heard nothing so husband called and Jason said they would be here later Monday. Never showed up, would not return calls, and have not heard from them. Voice mailbox is full and they do not answer. Fortunately, what we paid them ($350) is only the amount of the charge for pumping the tank. As of now, we would not recommend this company as they have not done what they said nor have they been back in touch.
