Franks estimate came in at the middle of the 4 estimates we received but we particularly appreciated Franks honesty regarding some non refinishing questions. The job required some hardwood repairs which were perfectly matched to the existing floor and completely seamless and invisible. The whole project exceeded our expectations and the floor actually looks completely new even after many years of neglect. I highly recommend Afford a Floor !

Absolutely zero follow up or care once they get their check. Great job on original install, product failed shortly after and they were 100% unhelpful.

Frank is professional and obviously takes pride in his work. He has no qualms taking time to show you your options, recommend finishes, and show you how different stains would come out. he worked quickly, was courteous and prompt with the delivery of the finished floor. I'm actually about to call him again to reuse him for our 2nd floor floor (we did first floor and stairs first)

Frank was awesome from beginning to end. He came out right away and provided us with a detailed quote. His prices were more than competitive than other big names in the area. His reviews spoke for themselves. He is extremely knowledgable and after seeing the area, our furniture and understanding the look we were going for, he gave us a few recommendations for stain colors. We booked a day to sand and he showed up early and got started right away. He was also able to sand a spot while we were there so that he can apply the stain choices and we could see what they look like in person. This was extremely helpful in making our decision. My wife and I were very nervous about this process and Frank and his team were able to deliver BIG TIME. Our floors look amazing! I highly recommend Frank to anyone. If you choose Afford A Floor, you are in great hands.

Frank and his team recently finished a job that required refinishing, staining our floors and installing coat-around in 3 rooms of my house. From the moment we met Frank, he was detailed, to the point and explained our options and the process. He took the time to explain the work, rather than compare or "sell" himself to other companies in the area. His prices were competitive and what we thought very reasonable. His team showed up right on time the 1st day, and we didn't even know they were there the other days. The final product is amazing - beautiful, sharp, clean. 100% recommend!
