Jose had fabulous service and a great price on a new Heating and Air system. When we had a slight problem after the install he was quick to come and get it repaired.

Jose was amazing! He contacted me immediately working with me to coordinate an opportunity to meet. He quickly diagnosed the problem as an electrical issue caused by the original installers improper installation, and then proceeded to fix and validated the repair. Affordability was one of 3 companies that I contacted for quotes on a new system after it was clear that our 20 year + unit had to be replaced. They were $1600 under the quote from the 1st company and $1000 under the 2nd. Both of the other companies only came with 5 year warranty for parts (one of the companies offered a 10 year warranty for parts for an additional $900). Affordability gave us a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. They upgraded our unit from 80% to 95% efficiency. I contacted them through their website and received a call within minutes and came to the house about 30 minutes later. They installed the new system in a day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for HVAC.

One of my two AC units was old and failing. I called Jose based on recommendations from my two sons who both had their AC units replaced by Affordability. Jose came to see what I needed and quoted a price for a new system that was $1000.00 LESS than the next closest bid. He also said he could get me up and running iwithin two days. Instead, he came the next day and had me back in business after about 5 hours. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have used Affordability H & C for two major projects. One to replace my HVAC system and the other to replace my gas water heater. I saved thousands, yes thousands of dollars using Affordability. In June 2019, our upstairs A/C went out. The bottom may have had a few more years of use. But, because of the incredible price I received for a York HVAC system, I decided to have both units replaced. In March 2020, my 15 year old water heater was making strange noises and loosing heat. I went to Home Depot and they had their installer call me to give me a quote. They wanted 2X the cost of the unit to install. I laughed and hung up. I called Affordability and got a quote that was $900 less than the HD installer quote. And, Affordability was at my home the next day and installed within 3 hours. Stay away from the large plumbing companies. You are paying for their fleet of trucks, large office complexes and marketing. I am thrilled with Affordability!

Jose scheduled a day to replace the unit that went bad. He actually came a day early. His men knew exactly what they were doing and did not leave a mess. Highly recommended.

I schedule my appointment for a Wednesday but there was able to come out a day early.

My A/C quit and the office called soon after my noontime HomeAdvisor search, then Jose showed up within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem and left around 5:30 Thursday afternoon, saying he would order the part in the morning and let me know when he would come back. Friday afternoon about 2:00 he called to say he was on the way. He arrived before I expected him, fixed the problem within minutes, and charged me very reasonably for two trips and fast service. I recommend him without reservation.

It took Jose longer than I anticipated due to him being so backed up but the quality of work and value was great. Very nice guy and communicated with me for all issues.
