They are very professional, completed the job in a timely manner, Brian was very very polite, I highly recommend them.

Work fell apart and had to pay for someone else to fix it.

They did exactly what they said they'd do. No more, no less.

Good quality work. Job not finished yet-two cabinet doors ere damaged and are going to be replaced. Baseboard molding not installed yet. Should be done in 1 week.

They sub-contract the work out. It was a disaster from the beginning. Wrong measurements were taken causing wrong pieces to be delivered. The sub-contractor cried poverty and because I felt bad for him I signed the paperwork that the job was complete when it wasn't...I KNOW NOW WHAT AN IDIOTIC THING TO DO!!! Even though he promised that he would come back and finish the job, he didn't. After many phone calls and a lot of yelling, they sent someone to finish, but at that point, they just patched things up. Extremely disappointing considering the expense of a new kitchen. I learned a very hard (and expensive) lesson from this experience.

Mark Four was very professional. They gave an estimate, came as scheduled, did good work, and left the work site clean. There were no unexpected costs or problems. Mark Four's cost was somewhat higher than competitors but they used top quality materials applied to manufacturers specs. They didn't cut hidden corners to make the price low. I would use them again.

The work was completed on time. The price was very combative. And they had a better system to offer than the others.

Had to have another contractor come over to get them to install the windows properly. Tried taking too many shortcuts.

We had three exterior doors replaced. Home Remodelers' staff did a great job. The salesman helped us choose the best doors for our home. His follow up staff kept us informed of the status of our order, which arrived by the date promised. The installation team was efficiant and friendly. Overall, we are pleased with the experience.

Due to the emergency situation (minor collaspe of ceiling in the kitchen due to leak) I needed immediate help. The sales rep was accommodating to my busy and complicated scheduel. He answered ALL my questions and I felt comfortable with the information he gave me. I also appreciate the CD that he left for me to peruse if I had further questions. I was kept apprised of all aspects of the job with phone calls and emails. I really appreciated that fact since I needed to adjust my schedule. The work was done in one day and I guess that best compliment is that fact that my neighbors stopped by to ask about the work!!!!!

Installer was not familiar with hardware and punched excessive holes in the garage door. Subsequently, I found out the door was not locking properly and could be opened by anyone, leaving my home exposed. When I called, they were responsive and fixed the problem, but they should not have sent an inexperienced installer to do a custom job.

They did an excellent job and were very professional.

The above ranking is based on the two appointments we have had with Home Remodelers Group ... the sales rep and the gentleman who measured our cabinets. Our kitchen will not be refaced for another several weeks, so I cannot completely comment on quality and workmanship at this time.

After initial evaluation and estimate, we were contacted to provide another evaluation with the assurance of a lower estimate.

The main issue with this project was the lack of information regarding project status and timelines. For example, we were not informed about when workers would be onsite, when supplies would arrive, when inspections would occur. They did not even tell us that the project was complete. We also had to place several calls to the company for someone to clear away the unused materials and debris.

It was a big mistake for us to choose this contractor. Everything seemed like it was going okay until the sub-contractor showed up and told us that he'd need an additional $960. He stated that we would need to have our yankee gutters repaired and this wasn't part of the quote we received from the contractor. In speaking to the sales person he said we have two options "pay the $960" or "sign a waiver to void the 10 year warranty". We clearly discussed the yankee gutters during the initial visit and we're assured that the quote we received included this work.

Home Remodelers was APPALLING. I would never hire them again. The saleman promised us a 30 minute consultation and was in our home close to 2 hours! On a weeknight, before we'd eaten dinner. He didn't leave until 10pm...even though I mentioned SEVERAL times that we hadn't eaten. They were overpriced and HORRIBLE. They subcontracted the labor out to another company. They were wonderful. Professional, courteous, and performed high-quality work. Next time I will call them directly and NOT go through Home Remodelers.

Contract signed. Installation in 6-8 weeks.

Had taken day off from work on day scheduled to start, and material was not delivered to start work. Failed inspection after completion on two items. Delays with repeated phone calls to correct. (no shows) Had to call company, and contractor left shingle asphalt marks on composite decking in addition to post cap damage. And asphalt marks on siding.

I FELT LIKE I GOT RIPPED OFF. THE PRICE I PAID WAS HIGHER THAN THE NORMAL ROOF JOB. THE FINAL COLOR WAS NOT THE SAME AS I PICKED OUT. IT'S A BORING STYLE FOR THE MONEY I PAID. IT LOOKS LIKE THE ROOF IS PEALING, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT & INSPECT IT. I'LL SEE HOW THEY HANDLE IT AT THAT TIME. THE PLANNING ALONG THE WAY HAD MANY SCREW UPS! I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY & I WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN. I HAVE A LOT OF WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE ON MY HOUSE, I EVEN TOLD THE SALES GUY THIS IN THE BEGINNING. YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT SINCE I COULD HAVE BEEN A REPEAT CUSTOMER.
