He could have "fixed" the fridge part that broke for hundreds and hundreds of dollars but instead took a small fee and told us replacing it would be a better and more cost-effective move.

Quick response, professional. Have a problem the mother board of a dryer. It's back ordered and the price is close to that of a new basic dryer. He suggested an acceptable workaround which I will do until it totally fails. Charged service call price which he'd told me about in advance of the visit.

John did a great job and did exactly as he said he would. He repaired my dryer belt and heat element. I sent him to the property without me being there and he fixed the problem over the next few days. Honest enough that he entered the house and I was not there. He did a good job.

Affordable appliance showed up on short notice and did an excellent job replacing the igniter on my gas stove. I think $250 was a lot for a 20 min job but it is comparable to most places so you can't fault them for that.
