We had Affordable Appliance Repair come out twice to our home; For our washer, dryer and ice maker. Mathew was the absolute best! Mathew was very clear on what needed to be done, and what could wait to be done/replaced. I did not feel like I was being taking for. Mathew explained everything to us in full detail - well educated on his trade. Such care and WONDERFUL customer service. Customer Service that you do not see too often these days. A lot of pride in his craft and his business. Prices very fair and just. I called 2 other appliance service companies in the area and boy of boy - nothing like this company. Ramsey was great he came out and fixed my **high efficiency** refrigerator and told me what was what which is what I appreciate! He did have to come out a second time but did not charge me only for the parts and now it is working great! Excellent business ethics excellent customer service would highly recommend these people to anybody also very affordable!

This company is PHENOMINAL. Not only did our good friends refer them, but my parents Steve and Jody Gee also used them. Ramsey was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They came right out same day, assessed the situation and had it fixed within 30 minutes. The price for the repair was great, in fact the price to just evaluate what was wrong was EXCELLENT.
