Our Technician has 16+ Years in the Appliance and Refrigeration FIeld, and he is Also EPA Certified, Meaning you will have a Professional Servicing your Appliance. Please Note: - We do Charge a $79 Service Call Charge for Coming Out. This Covers One Appliance, Additional Appliances are $45 Each. We do Not Work on Microwaves, Gas Appliances, Range Hoods, In-Counter Cook Tops, Commercial Appliances, and A/C- We DO NOT Offer Free Estimates, In Person or Over the Phone. - Service Call Charge is Due If Customer Decides NOT to Repair Appliance, and It cannot be Credited if a customer decides to Repair at a Later Date. - Our Appointments are given in 3 Hour Time Frame.

Lots of repair services called even after I hired the one I used to repair my oven. He came on time, was efficient and professional, identified the problem correctly but did not have part. Was able to get the part to come back the next day..

Technician concluded that evaporator motor was not working and diagnosed that it needs to be replaced. Was asked for 360 $ for a 52$ part and takes 10 minutes to replace it. course the issue was not it. If you run the test mode you would see that it was working or even check it with volt meter so need to hire somebody else knows how to diagnose better than these guys.

They responded promptly in Aug 2021 after contacting them about an alarm on an LG fridge that was saying a door was open and the appliance was not cooling. They said they could fix the issue, they got a new compressor, and same issue resurfaced in Dec 2021, The fridge was not cooling and getting the same error, this happened during a holiday too. and I have lost food twice. While the tech was here I could over hear them talking with someone appearing that tech was being instructed how to as fix the issue. Since hiring a different business to fix that they were supposed fix I was informed the lines were not bled through and this ruined the new compressor. We have always used this platform to work on other projects and have had great experiences this was first time it was so difficult and worth informing others about.

"As the Customer Stated, We were in their home in Early August 2021. According to Our Records, The Only Customer Complaint Given at that time was that the Refrigerator Was Not Cooling. There is Nothing in Our Records Regarding door beeping or an Error Code at that time. Our Tech Checked the Refrigerator and Found that the Compressor Went Bad and Needed to Be Replaced, Which is a Common Issue with Most LG Refrigerators. The Tech Installed a New Compressor and The Refrigerator Started Working Once Again. Our Technician is EPA Certified. He is Also Trained in Replacing Compressors, So there is No Way that He would be on the Phone With Someone Giv"
