He was very prompt, both in coming out to do the appraisal and in finishing it and having it back to me within just a few days. I was very pleased with the appraisal. Well done. He was the least expensive too. He also accepts charge cards through pay pal, which the others did not. It cost $10 more, but that's OK. Actually the only discrepancy was that pay pal charged me $295 when the appraisal was $275 plus $10 for charging it. I don't know what the additional $10 charge was for, but I just went ahead and paid it

The appraisal was dopne on time but they were 1 1/2 hour early. Originally stated fee $275 but billed for $285. Did not receive an email from them until Saturday. I rated them a 4 but after I talk to them on Monday it could go down.

I received a note from them right away that they could handle my request as well as providing me the rate. They have not yet performed the survey, as I have not yet provided the information they need. But all appears to be good with this company as they are reasonably priced and very prompt.
