Do not hire this place. Paul will take your money and not complete the job. On July 15th of 2024 Paul gave me an estimate and required a 50% deposit of $14,000.00. Work was to be done middle of August 2024. He didn't show. I called and was promised ?next week?. Again he was a no show. This went on for several weeks. Finally on Sept the 16th 2024 I sent a text asking for a refund. He said he would start the job tomorrow. He did, removed my asphalt shingles, and left my roof exposed. Weather reports predicted rain. The next day I was contacted by Alternative Roofing Solutions, LLC. Monroe (who is related to Paul). He stepped up to the plate and completed the job. I commend him for his family values. If not for Monroe @ Alternative Roofing Solutions, LLC. I believe I would be out 14K and have no roof.

Stay away, Do not hire contractor without reading this first. Paul, the owner, will take your money and not complete the job when promised. Signed my contract on 8/15/24 with a finish date of 1st to 2nd week of Oct. and my roof is still not done. Made the mistake of paying him for half the job up front, stupid me. There are 2 phone numbers which he does not answer and how convenient the mail boxes are full so you can't even leave a message. Paul shows up on site, sits in his van for hours then leaves. Then the one time he showed up he left some guy here who doesnt know anything about metal roofs, to do some work. Now my leaking roof is even more damaged than before. I though the Amish were honest, faithful, and hard working, not the type to give you the run around and who will taken advantage of you. We are thrilled with our new metal roof from Affordable Building Concepts. Paul cane out immediately and wrote up a contract. Paul and his crew got the project completed asap. Their craftsmanship was top notch. Their professionalism and hard work ethic were beyond impressive. If you want top quality and service you can trust I recommend Affordable Building Concepts.

I don't leave reviews, however I am moved to leave one after getting our roof replaced by ABC. In my experience, I have rarely come across a contractor who did not put price and speed at the forefront of their pitch, during quoting. ABC has been the exception, where the conversation on how to build was focused on the quality of the work. The quality in which Paul and his team at ABC put towards their work was excellent. I received a stellar roof, and it is of great value.

I would highly recommend them to everybody.

We are very delighted with our new roof! Paul was very imformative and professional. The roofers were prompt and efficient, the job was completed in a day and a half! Due to rain it would have been done in a day! We strongly recommend Affordable Builders Concepts we know you won't be disappointed!
