the workers did poor quality work on the windows.i could not get kirt to come out and look at the work when i called him..he did not tell me up front that the peplacement windows thicker and the moulding would have to be trimed.my blinds would not fit.

Overall experience was great. They were professional and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner.

This contractor was very pleasent to work with.They fixed some problems I had with our bathroom shower and repaired some water damaged drywall.But most of all finally someone trustworthy and true to their word .I look forward to working with them for all other future projects.

still picking up nails

I did not pay this contractor the money because the job was done extreamly bad and kirk came out and looked at at and agreeded it needed to be re scraped and re done but they did not come back or even call after the agreeed time. I took a day off and lost that money and had to have my carpet, frout porch, garage, and hard wood in the front room cleaned because they didn/t finish the job as promised. Do not use this company unless you want a poor job done. I did not pay up front so i was not out any money but i had to get someone else to do the job right. I cleaned my own carpet and spent over three hours cleaning up .

THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, BUT DID NOT COME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. TOOK LONGER TO GET WINDOWS THAN HE PROMISED. THEY ASKED FOR 1/2 DOWN TO ORDER THE OTHER 1/2 WHEN FINISHED, BUT WHEN WINDOWS WERE DELIVERED WANTED ME TO PAY THE WNDOW COMPANY ANOTHER $900, I CALLED KIRK AND TOLD HIM THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT. OVERALL WINDOWS LOK GOOD, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE END WAS NOT THAT GREAT

Great job, very professional. I am in California and they were in New York, so we were able to coordinate and organize this project over the phone and in email. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They have been very professional and accomodating to our needs and situation. The quality of work thus far (not quite finished job) has been impeccable. I would most definitely recommend them.

I had my porch rails replaced. The work appeared to progress well while I was present. When I returned home, there was a baulster and three rails made of pine with huge knotholes. They returned twice to repaint before the porch looked acceptable.
