Had some issues with the carpet coming cleaning and they were not pleased. They told me they would research and see what they could do . I have not yet heard from them and It will be a week on Friday 10/19/07.. Other than that they were very professional on time, seem to care about the work they do.

Did a very good job, very punctual, polite, professional. The only complaint is that they offered me a sample of their spot remover product but didn't have any in the truck and then promised to send me some but did not. I would have been willing to purchase some, because I was interested in the right product to use I am still wondering what is a good product. This is a minor deal and otherwise I thought work and priice were well matched and would use the company again.

They did a great job and got out some tough stains that we didn't think would ever come out! We will definately use them again!

Ryan called ahead of time to say that he was running about 15 minutes late. He was only 10 late when arriving. They did a wonderful job in the house and I plan on using them again

These guys were great. Upon arriving it was apparent their dedication to their customers based on their very professional and uniformed appearance, which I thought was very impressive. Aside from this, our carpet looks literally brand new and feels new as well. They use the best equipment and know what they are doing, I will definitiely use these gentleman again in the future. A+ in my opinion.
