First off, the company owner came out to do our cleaning. Secondly, he flat out refused to over charge us. We had part of our sectional sofa that needed to be cleaned. Had a rug that I wanted him to look at, walked us through it, but let us know he could clean it but the stain wouldn’t be going away. All around great guy and company. 5 stars I will call again.
