I had purchased a furnace about 7 years ago from another company and had it repair several times by this company and when it went out again I called Affordable comfort. The experience with this company was fantastic from beginning to end. Aiden came out and gave me a price, I trusted him enough to cancel two other appointments later that day. The very next day Cody and Kyle installed the furnace A/C unit. I hardly knew they were there. There wasn't even a screw left behind. I would highly recommend this company!

They left their trash on my basement floor, they patched a hole in the furnace with putty that looked like the work of a child.

The originally said it would be one day, in and out, on a new air handler, duct work, electrical and condenser. It took them two days and then they had to return to the house twice to fix a leak. Also, I don't believe that the project was completely up to code because I was told by others that they where to install at least one light in the area of the handler (attic) as well which was not done. Price was right but I also feel like the work was not as clean as it should have been.

Although the team was late due to warehouse issues, I was notified ahead of the scheduled appointment they would be an hour or so late which was much appreciated. Showed up at the new scheduled time, completed the work quickly and effectively and were incredibly professional. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person, looked like they were never even there once they were done with the job. Final bill was exactly what was quoted.

They showed up on time, gave us 3 options and installed our new furnace within a week. Their customer service was great. On the phone and in person.

They gave the best site visit before the quote. Their price was within 20 dollars of lowest quote. They were on time and finished in one day. They clean the area prior to leaving. The city inspector liked their workmanship.

My Central Air stopped working and a Rep came out and was actually able to fix the problem. I know I will have to replace the system in the next year or 2 and will definitely have Affordable come out and replace it. I will also use them for any other issues that arise with my heating and cooling sysytem
