Weve been using Affirdable Comfirt for many years when it was originally another company name. Jesse, the owner, is wonderfully responsive to calls and his staff of technicians are great. We have an annual maintenance format with Affirdable Comfirt and it includes checkups on our heating and cooling . But, most important, is the continued loyalty to customers, fairly priced service, immediate attention to issues that pop up and technical knowledge of the staff. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Affirdable Vomgirt and this family-owned company!!!

I purchased and had installed a HVAC system for 11,000, along with a 5 year preventative maintenance agreement which cost another 900. The preventative maintenance agreement was a major part of my decision to sign the contracts with Affordable Comfort. Issues began with the company immediately after I paid in full. There were discrepancies in what the salesman sold and what I received. I was sold the maintenance agreement with the understanding that they would provide peace of mind for the first five years. I was told that they would be here in the spring and fall to tune up the HVAC. They might have come one time since I had the installation in July 2019. I have to reach out to them to schedule the maintenance and then the appointments are cancelled at the last minute after I waited the entire day. It is now July 22nd and I am still waiting for a spring tune up. I have called multiple times and have asked to speak to the owner to get a resolution, but I have yet receive a call back. My air conditioner is making a loud noise when it starts and this concerns me. Ive told them this, but they are not responsive. The contract also included 2 year labor which now has expired which means that I will be responsible for the labor. After I called for maintenance this summer, the girl at the office canceled at the last minute. I then rescheduled the following week; again, I was called at 3:40 scheduled for 2 to 4. I was told that the guy was running a little late. No one called me back and then the guy showed up at 5:40 when I was leaving for an appointment. He indicated that he would have the office reschedule and contact me. I did not hear back from the office - it has been over another month. I reached out the office multiple times and requested to talk to the owner. I was told that he would be advised, but I have yet to get a call, email, or any other contact. The last time I called was on July 2nd. I spoke to a person and explained that I have called multiple times and she told me that she is getting the same complaints from other customers too. I checked the BBB website and found several complaints that mirror my situation. I was told that there is new ownership and that prior great ratings were from the prior owner. When I mentioned the people at the office about not getting contacted for my service, I was told that it was a courtesy for them to call their customers and they have too many customers to call. I told them that that wasnt how it was sold to me and it was shameful for them to talk to a customer in that manner.

If I could leave them zero stars I would. They were called out to replace a single fuse in my system and instead of just replacing it, tried to sell me two new ac systems for $14K. Awful experience.... run fast and far!

The service man Chris C. Was very efficient and explained every thing he did. Had pictures to show me. Ended up getting service agreement for twice a year. Took the 3 year plan. Looking forward to seeing Chris in March 2021. Thanks W.O.

Our AC stopped cooling the house. A rep reached out to be at 9 am after I made a request through Home Advisor. They said someone would be here between 12 and 2. At 2:15, I called and they said the technician was finishing another job and would head over. Called at 4:30. Same story. Called at 6:30. They sent a text at 7:15 saying someone was on their way. Finally gave up at 8:15 and cancelled the service. Sucks because we have an 11-month-old baby.
