Ray gave a fair, clear and honest estimate. Once I decided to move forward with ACS, Ray was easy to communicate with throughout the process. He arrived when he said he would, did everything he said he would and the chimney looks fantastic. We unfortunately had some rot in the OSB and frame that also had to be replaced and he handled that well and installed measures to protect underneath against future water getting underneath the new siding. It was a bit hard to dig up reviews in other areas besides here, but I commend Ray and Shaun's work and will be using them again for a backyard siding repair once I have grading fixed.

The gutter installion work I needed was not a big job but, Mr. Donaldson came out and did the work as planned in about an hour as he said he could. He knew what he was doing and the gutter job looks good. He also guaranteed his work.

Excellent experience for me. Ray showed up on time and completed the gutter repair and gutter guard installation ahead of schedule. I was especially impressed with some suggestions he made for other house improvements that I could do on my own. He even assured me that my chimney issues were just dirt-related and did not need any repair. That is an honest person! I look forward to having Affordable Contracting do some other work for me on our home!
