A perfect experience, from start to finish. Everybody that I interacted with was courteous, professional, and friendly, and went out of their way to satisfy my requests. Especially Michael, my estimator and main point of contact. But also the installation crews. I opted to buy my own Liftmaster GDO because the camera model offered would require a monthly MyQ subscription fee. But this quickly became too complicated and time consuming. The GDO I bought did not include all the required installation parts (rail, chain, etc) so when they came to install the door we were missing parts. So they installed the door with my old GDO and agreed to install the new after I had the parts. But this became an ordeal: the manufacturer’s instructions were confusing, the local dealers did not sell them, and online dealers charged exorbitant freight. I asked for help and Michael came to my rescue. He provided the parts and in 1 week they came and finished the installation. Great job!
