Affordable did an excellent job installing a garage door opener. Not only that but, when they discovered that the opener we had agreed on would not be in for 2-4 weeks, they gave me a better one at no extra charge in order to do the install when we had scheduled. This was above and beyond service!

Everything went smoothly. Showed up when they agreed too and finished the work on time. Everything looks great and works perfectly.. The only thing that I would recommend is more training of installer for the phone application as that is still not working on one of our phones.

DO NOT TRUST AFFORDABLE DOOR. I contracted with Affordable Door to replace a damaged garage door at my house in Fairfax, Virginia. I paid ~$1,000 as a deposit. They told me they would likely do the work "next week". After several weeks they told me it would be two more weeks. Then again two more weeks. Finally they told me it was going to be another month. They almost never returned my phone calls. I finally told them I was canceling and requested a refund. They offered a small discount, but never a refund. I had to use a credit card charge back dispute to get a refund for the deposit.

Affordable door was quick, timely, and responsive through calls and texts! Great work despite frozen temperatures they had to endure!
