Kevin called and was polite and came over at the agreed time. He got the problem clog removed. He cleaned up his mess, reconnected the dryer and and was on his way.

Great work but not sure if this was the company name. He called me following my request and I dealt with him by his name (KNeighbor).

Kevin was friendly and professional. However the quality of work and punctuality was poor. After he started the job he found it was more complicated than a straight clean out because a part of the plumbing between the dryer and the vent was clogged. He disassembled a part of the plumbing and did a temporary fix to enable us to use the dryer, promising to come back in 3 days time (and charged $100 for the visit). We had to reschedule his return twice but he was unable to come both times. We had someone else complete the repairs, at a fraction of the cost he was going to charge ($175 vs $600).

Kevin Neighbors was very knowledgeable about how to clean out dryer vents. He was very quick and did an excellent job. He was really friendly and accommodating when I had to reschedule a few times. He was on time and I would recommend him to anyone.

I would not recommend this company. They charged me $295 which is over the limit of what is the HIGH end for this service in this area and I had to seal the outside vent area after they left even though I asked them to do it and I had to re attach the dryer hose to the vent as it kept falling off (several times). They were polite but that is the best I can say.

They overwhelmed in finding out how our dryer had been vented even tho I had totally explained that to him on the phone before I booked the appointment. It seems they spent a lot of time whining about the complexity of the problem and then ignored my husband when he explained how to get to the piece on the dryer they were looking for and then dd it their way anyway, by completely taking the bottom of the dryer offer . Then complained that they never take appliances apart. My husband had already told them they didnt't have to take it apart, but they woud not listen to him.

Kevin was easy to work with. I have a renter in the property and he worked great with them. I am in Boca Raton Florida and everything was done on the phone without a hitch.

Kevin called quickly after my Home Advisor request. He was able to move my appointment up in his schedule and arrived promptly. He had my "Steam Sauna" of a dryer unclogged and tamed quickly. He showed me what was removed from my dryer vent - we are fortunate not to have had a fire or some more serious dryer problem! It was nice to have help from a cheerful enthusiastic professional.
