Affordable Drywall

Great customer service

Absolutely horrible ! Owner Mr. Perez is a crook. Hired him to do drywall the guys he hired did an absolutely horrible job. I ended up having to finish the work including patching holes they did not fix. When I gave him a payment and went to get a receipt he got mad got in his truck and peeled out in my driveway. Refuses to return my calls or messages trying to get a receipt for my taxes. His crew also took 12 full rolls of insulation door hinges and different fixtures. They couldnt get in my front door so they decided to kick it in instead of going through my side door that was unlocked for them. I requested for him to install a new door frame got mad half-ass fixed it and refused to do any more. You are taking a huge gamble hiring Mr. Perez or anyone associated with him. I was recommended to hire him from rebel construction out of Grandview plaza. If thats the company he goes with I wouldnt use either one.

If you tell them what day to fix it, they will hold there word and come on that date. Very affordable and quick and quality work. I will hire them again.

Mike and his assistant did a knockdown technique on my masterbath walls and did an excellent job. It was all done in about a half-day, much quicker than I expected. He did exactly what he had told me when he provided his estimate and I am very pleased with the result. I would definitely hire him again.

Did a great job. Gave me an estimate on a weekend, was done that same week, and paid what the quote was. Even came out the next day to address some issues I had an hour after calling. Made sure we were completely satisfied with the work.

I am a 20 year retired Army, combat paralegal. Mr. Pedro is operating under a deceptive address that address is a 500 unit Trailer park. Mr. Pedro breached his contract with me by abandoning the job without notice and never returning not even to retrieve some of the equipment that he left behind. Also, his employee Army veteran (Kirk) left personal belongings behind, which I am certain that he would like returned. Mr. Pedro did very unacceptably, substandard drywall work, painting, repairing, and replacing trim and baseboards. The simplest thing that needed to be done was reattach the trim that had not been damaged, and they screwed that up terribly, and I have the things to prove it. The trim had been cut, spliced, and stained when that did note to be done. My oak booked shelved were further damaged if not completely ruined because Mr. Pedro although he said he knew how to repair the bookshelves, did not know how to repair the damage. I am all for hiring people that need a job and for an apprenticeship, especially for veterans; however, that person or people must be properly supervised. I am simply requesting that Mr. Pedro return my $2,500.00. So that I can find a replicable contractor to not only clean up and repair the horrible work and mess left behind by Mr. Pedro but to also complete the task which should have been completed two months ago. Rather than having to sue him in small claims court for the maximum amount allowed by the court of $5,000.00 plus attorney fees. Affordable Drywall is not an honorable company.

The service provider was able to state exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take to complete project. The price was reasonable.

Great customer service, best quote of the 3 I inquired with, fast service and willingness to complete the job in the time I had available. I would definitely hire again!

They were very quick to call me and come out and look at my project. Fixed it the next day. Awesome guys.

Very dependable.

Very reliable and nice to work with. Very hard working and did not waste any time getting the job going. Quality of work is excellent.

owner communications with client needs improvements

I had a section of drywall missing in a corner of the garage ceiling. Not only did the drywaller make that repair but he also made additional repairs to other sections where the drywall above garage door was sagging. He re-enforced that area as well. Ceiling was repainted with an orange peel finish. Looks great. Price was reasonable. Job well done!!

fast service. respectful and friendly . They kept the dust to a minimum with the sheetrock. I will definitely call Pedro again when needed.

Appreciate that they are responsible and on time. Reliable and good job. Happy with them.
