"I was very shocked to see this negative review after I did three times the work expected and cancelled plans to accommodate the customers schedule. I arrived six minutes late I did call Ashley to let her know I was running a bit late. I gave Ashley a quote for the work she wanted done plus what it would take to do the job to current standards. She chose option b to do the job according to current standards the way I recommended. The job was three times more work but I was willing to stay late and get the job done because I always put my customer first. My prices are normally a third of all major competitors and I make sure my customer is always satisfied. I was very professional double check locations of Outlet not to impose old work of the plumbers. Spent a lot of time answering several of Ashley?s questions and made sure the job went smoothly. Ashley said her project was two weeks out so I told her I could schedule for next week or come when the plumber was there to not make her miss work. She seemed to be worried about getting me back on the schedule so I told her I would go and get parts and stay late to finish even though it was two weeks out. The outlet would have only taken me five minutes to install once I went and purchased it. Ashley told me she was not worried about it, and next week was fine. Ashley called me when I was about 10 minutes down the road and asked me to return. I told her I had already made plans to pick up my son from daycare. She said she spoke to her husband and he wanted the job done today. I told her I wish I would have known that 10 minutes ago before I already passed supply store and made plans. It?s more important for me to keep my promises to my son then to keep changing plans without prior knowledge. She insisted I go back that day which way very upsetting. I had a feeling about her leaving a bad review so I changed plans anyway drove all the way back in the traffic to the supply store. Purchased Outlet. Drove all the way back to her house and installed the outlet. It is sad that she would try to destroy my business and my reputation after the service and quality of work I provided"
