Lou was very responsible and performed the inspection on a Saturday after I called to set it up the day before. His price was much more affordable than other inspection companies I called when shopping around, and he was available to perform the inspection the next day. Some of the other companies couldn't do the inspection till the following week. The only issue I had with the inspection was that there were a couple of errors on the final inspection report. But Lou was quick to make the required revisions to the report and apologized for his oversight, so I at least appreciated his honesty.

Very prompt, contacted me immediately, and was available to do the job with very little notice ( he came out the next day) very quick turn around on the report.

He was here in 2 hours on a Saturday! His prices are reasonably priced compared to others. He spent alot of time looking over every detail, was quick to get back to me with the report and advised me of what to repair and what could be repaired myself. He was very helpful in every way and gave good advice. In this town, there is so many companies that do horrible work and don't take pride in their work but he is the exception.
