Affordable Fences and Decks, Inc.

From start to finish this was a great process. Jose arrived on time for us to review the vinyl fence project, and the estimate arrived when he said. For some reason I didnâ t receive it in my gmail so I reached out and they resent it. The materials arrived very quickly, and they started work the next day. Jose was there when the materials arrived. They took about two days to complete our beautiful fence. Also checked in with me to communicate if there were any questions or updates. I found him very easy and nice to talk to. *One more thing of note in why we chose this company. We received two estimates from two well rated companies and out of the gate Affordable Fences and Decks gave the better price and didnâ t play games.

Did a great job on replacing my deck, prompt, and left no mess! Very happy customer!

I am very happy with the fence. Customer service is very nice and friendly.

We delayed the project several months due to other priorities but Affordable Fencing reviewed the original quote and updated only for cost of materials. Jose was very friendly and easy to work with. We received an updated quote on Christmas Eve and they started the work on the 26th! Despite unlevel terrain, they kept the top of the fence level and back-filled underneath knowing that we have dogs. Hauled away the remains of the rickety old fence and left things cleaned up behind them. Highly recommended!

I would not hesitate to recommend them for any fencing needs. They come on time, work hard and are very pleasant to be around. Excellent quality work and willing to take the time to make sure you are satisified with the end result. They were willing to work with my issues with obtaining a permit and made it all work with my schedule. Highly recommended and I would use them again for any fencing need.

Jose and his team worked with us to produce exactly what we wanted! He was flexible and affordable. We highly recommend!

Responded to my inquiry promptly. I had a tight schedule (one week) and they were able to provide a quote and finish the job on time. The job was installing a gate to an existing aluminum fence. It was basically custom work and I am very happy with the results!

We were looking to have our backyard fence redone. (Our old fence was falling apart, didn’t match any of the neighbors’, and it didn’t go along our property line). We interviewed several companies. Meeting with different contractors gave us some ideas who might be the best fit for this job. Affordable Fencing came up at the top for their knowledge and skills (they specialize in fencing), competitive pricing, and especially because of Jose and Melanie’s(owners) professionalism (showed up to appointment on time and clear and friendly communication skills). If you are looking to get fencing done quickly (they worked back to back days and finished in 3 days, instead of dragging it out) and done right (Jose and his crew know their craft), go with Affordable Fencing. You’ll be a satisfied customer too. Thank you guys! You’ll be on my top recommendation list!

He was timely , professional and did quality work.

I needed help immediately and within a hour my problem was resolved. it took him 5 minutes to change a battery in my smoke alarm that had been chirping for 7 hours. He had to travel from Southern Raleigh to Fuquay Varina and paid a fee to Home Advisor for the referrel, so unfortunately I was charged $75. I was grateful he came at all to fix my small job.

Was willing to do jobs in different areas - siding, painting, fencing with equal ability and willingness. Gave extra effort to find a match for our siding.

Great job and everything was explained to me through out the process. I will use this them again.

Great Job!!

This gentleman is extremely knowledgeable and take time to inform the customer of any problematic situations, before proceeding. Starts great and finishes greater! Does an outstanding job and I will use him again in the very near future..

Jose showed up when he said he would for the estimate. He also showed up when he said he would to begin the repair. By the looks of the repair, Jose did a good job, cleaned up after himself, and in now way tried to do work that was not needed. He was a pleasure to work with.

Jose did a great job listening to how we wanted our fence installed. He had great suggestions and was able to build it exactly as we wanted. The fence was built on site rather than installing pre-built sections from a home store. It follows the slope of our backyard and is perfectly parallel to our house which was important for us. The gates were custom designed and open/close perfectly. They finished our project within a week and did a great job with cleanup. They do decks as well and we are very impressed with the quote In and Out have provided us so we will be scheduling that soon. Very good guys!

Mr. Guerra was extremely professional, yet very personable. Above all, his work was excellent!

Great job done well and quickly. Repaired fence and offered advice on additional steps that could be taken to preserve the fence and extend its life. Appreciate the reasonable quote, fast turnaround and working with me to make sure the finished product was what I wanted.

Outstanding door installation. Mr Guerra and his crew are professional and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. We even had them paint the interior of our entire home. Great job.!

Jose was very professional. He did a great job. His price was fair and we were very satisfied.

Very accommodating and was there when he said, great communication when needed.

Jose came out to look at the jobs I needed done which included: 1. Repair/remount of two wall lights that had pulled away from the wall due to their weight. 2. Repair of chains to ceiling fan. 3. Reinstallation of smoke detector. The following day all items were taken care of in a professional manner. Jose arrived on time and was polite and explained the repairs as he worked on them. I decided to install a new smoke detector instead of reinstallation of an old one. All went very well and I would be happy to hire Jose again!

Great customer service and work, whenever I need more work done I will definitely call him
