Excellent, Excellent

It's been about 4 weeks since I first ordered my 4 screen windows. I met with Chris, and he took a template, and told me that he would be back the next week. I called Wednesday, and he said Friday morning. Friday morning comes, and he doesn't show. Anyhow, to make a long story short, he finally shows (after ignoring 3 phone calls . .I got my credit card company to assist), but two screens didn't fit. So they said Monday they would get me the other 2 screens. Monday comes and goes, they don't show(again!). Maybe they're busy, but a phone call would be nice. But this bridge is burn down now! I find the positive reviews to be pure comedy

Chris does very good work for a fair price but can be slow about returning calls. I would use his company again now that I have seen his work.

It is so refreshing to know that there are business people who will return phone calls, show up when they say they will, and provide quality products. Chris always kept me informed of the progress of the custom mirrored closet doors I ordered, and installed them as soon as he received them from the manufacturer. He and Matt were very courteous and extremely neat and careful during the installation. This is a company I will definitely use in the future.

Great experience. Matt worked around my schedule to get the job done and finished the work quickly and professionally. The day after he replaced the broken window my dog broke though another (yes, a common theme here!), the first person I called was Matt at Affordable Glass Installation!
