Adelmo (Del) was on time and was very professional in explaining what we needed to have done. He replaced an overhead vanity light fixture and repaired our leaking shower head and faucets. He was very honest and didn't try to upcharge us on any unnecessary fixes that weren't needed, like replacing our toilet that just needed the water flow adjusted. I would highly recommend him for all your home maintenance jobs, big or small. We plan on contacting him again for any future home jobs we need help with here in Union City.

Del ( Affordable handyman) was very efficient, quick and professional. He was responsive and did a great work at fair price. We had issues with both of our toilets and Del came and replaced them with the new ones nicely. Del worked very hard to give us a high quality job. The job involved construction, painting, dry wall patching, and stucco patching. He completed everything we needed on time, and even volunteered to help us re-install a lock when we couldn't get it right. He is friendly and professional. I would definitely call on him for future projects.

**Updated: Del was going to come back this weekend as a way to make up for the poor quality of work from two weeks ago. He agreed to two specific tasks. When I reached out to him last night, he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. I sent him screen shots of the text message and then didn't hear back from him almost 24 hours later. When he did respond he had an excuse about why he couldn't do the work. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and use someone else. Del was extremely personable. I will give him that, and I overlooked that he showed up two hours late. His partner showed up hours past Del, which was a huge problem because it definitely was a two-person job. Because the partner was late, I ended up needing to clean up all of the tile Del removed - if not I would have been sitting around even longer. He left nails and screws on the ground. The best part was that I paid for him to dump everything, but I found bags of the tile in my own trash!

Del is a very personable and professional individual. i hired him to do several small home improvement projects and he had the skillset and experience to do them all very well. His pricing is fair and the quality of his work is very good. Del is very customer focused and makes sure you are satisfied with the quality of his work.

Some of the companies that showed up took a look at my big, beautiful house, understood that other homes in the area were very nice, and as often happens, jacked the price sky high. The job took 1 1/2 hours and one of your responders asked for $400+. The person who did the job asked for $50. You may want to "advise" your service people to respect common sense.

Del was very personable and throughout the job he wanted to make sure we were pleased with his work, which we were. He was also very professional and was the only person we found that would do the job we wanted. We needed our new slide in stove to be pushed back further against our granite tile back splash so it wouldn’t stick out so much. So he cut through the countertop which had layers of granite tile, concrete and wood. It looks great now and seems like it fits our kitchen better. Del did a great job installing a roof vent on a tile roof and connecting it to the bathroom fan at my daughters house. Two other handymen told me they do not do that type of work. He also repaired a roof tile on our house. Yes I would definitely hire him again.
