Really good guy hard worker

Ron was on time, diagnosed the ac problem, had the proper replacement part and had our air conditioning working in less than one hour. This was on a Sunday and our home temperature was up to 80 degrees! Thank you Ron.

I am by far pleased with Cincy Furnace! The technician was very professional and extremly knowledgeable. He was in the area and mentioned he would stop by and check on the system for me as I had been waiting for another company over 2 weeks (imagine how I excited I was when he came by the same day and resolved the issue in a matter of hours! I will defnitely be using Cincy furniture any time I run into an issue with my HVAC. Keep up the great work.

Typed my woes into Home Advisor when my AC quit and Ron called almost immediately. This was after 9:00 on a Thursday evening. He came to look at it next day on time I chose and it was pronounce dead. Gave me a competitive quote and installed new unit the next day. On the hottest weekend to date this year. Thanks Ron.

Ron “Owner” answered the call to fix my AC within 90 min on a hot Weekend Fathers Day when 1 hour heating & air would have been 2 days! Knows his stuff and was here and gone within 30 min and all with a smile. Thanks Ron!

Quick diagnosis and easy to work with

This company (Ron) was a great help. Solved the issue quickly and advised things that I can do to keep system running doing simple maintenance. Took the time to make sure all things was working at peak level. This company I will call for any heating or cooling issues.

This is my first time using Home Advisers and I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman came within a short period of time, was very courteous, explained everything he was doing, and showed us what to look for in the future should this happen again. I will definitely call him again for my furnace needs.

I called a few different places cause my heat was out. Everyone told me a couple days to get out to look at furnace. Cindy furnace, Ron texted me and said he would be out this afternoon. He fixed my furnace in 30 minutes and had all parts he needed to fix it on his truck. Very respectful clean cut gentlemen that knows what he is doing. Price was perfect I even gave him extra just for helping me get heat in cold weather. Call Ron he will take care of u
