Had tech come out last December for a fireplace issue, was told it would be a $60 part that would come in within a couple days and I would receive a call. Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. Two weeks went by and didn't hear anything. Called office and was told someone would call me back, never heard anything. Called again, same answer. Finally gave up and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

They were able to come out the next day and do service on my unit. I was very pleased with how quick they were and very pleasant. Explained everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend. The price was affordable.

The provider claims that he never received the appointment information from Home Adviser, though appointment was originally scheduled for Tuesday and then rescheduled for by provider for Wednesday. When tech did not appear on time, I called and was told that they do not have appointment in the system, but will come in 30 minutes. They came in 50. On top of stated service price unexpectedly charged $35 of Home Advisors fee. Did annual boiler service, but to replace a pressure valve said I need a separate appointment.

Although the service men were about 15 minutes late as soon as they entered my basement they went right to work. While one of them replaced the oil filter the other one immediately disassembled the top of the furnace to brush and vacuum the coils. As the second man was completing the furnace the first man proceeded to service the burner. When they were finished they proceeded to insure that no mess was left in my basement.

I called 5 other companies. None would come out. If they would come out, it was like $120 just to visit. This company was great. Came out fast and reasonablely priced. My tenant had no heat. I couldn't mess with the other ridiculous companies. Highly recommended over the sheisters out there.
