Affordable helped redo the duct work for a second story addition. I thought that the Greeley manager is very knowledge and professional.

The first person who came out to install our new trane furnace was, we surmise, a newbie. She did all of the heavy-lifting to get the furnace downstairs and hooked up - we had heat! But we learned through this technician that the intake needed to be larger, for our elevation. Note: we would have never known this. Affordable H&AC called us back (before we called them) to re-schedule an appointment. to rectify this situation. Less than a week later, Nate and Sean came to install the larger diameter intake. On a Friday afternoon, they worked more than 4 hrs to completely rework the intake/exhaust set up and help us connect the smart thermostat. On a late Friday, they were so patient and professional. Just want to say that I am so impressed with Affordable's H & AC customer service and product installation. If you have to choose between furnace manufacturers - which are comparable, the most important factor is installation expertise, which Affordable H & AC excels at beyond others.

First class install. New furnace was all done in one day. Took the time to explain the new thermostat. Ben and his assistant did a great job. Highly recommend.

Exceptionally Friendly, very thorough, knowledgeable. I am very happy with the installation and functionality of the furnace and accessories they installed.

The tech performed extensive troubleshooting prior to doing any repair, found all the problems first, gave me an estimate to complete the work, he did the warranty work and replaced the parts.

Price was higher than I would find in other states I lived but good for this area. Great people to work with and did everything as they said.

Technician solved problem quickly. He was on time, in fact called & was able to come early.

The technician fixed the problem with my air conditioner quickly with a statement that the repair would last at least a year. But two weeks later the AC broke down again. The company offered no recompense and further did not give me a detailed estimate for a new system. Their prices was fair but their work guarantee is lousy.

They were professional, courteous and competitive. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed the same day.
