"hank you for following up regarding the consumer complaint with (Consumer name removed ) The contract for this project was signed on September 18, 2025, with an estimated installation window of 6–8 weeks, as stated in our agreement. While deck installations typically take less time, this timeframe is included to protect both parties in case of unforeseen delays such as product availability issues, weather conditions, or staffing challenges. At the time Ms.(Consumer name removed ) chose to cancel, we were in the process of scheduling the removal of her existing deck so that the necessary electrical work could be completed before installation of the new composite deck. The cancellation occurred outside of the 3-day rescission period clearly stated in our contract. Based on the details provided to us, we do not see a reasonable cause or justification for the cancellation. We are still actively reaching out to Ms. (Consumer name removed ), along with our sales manager, to discuss this matter and seek resolution. Our company remains fully ready and willing to complete the project as contracted, and we would be happy to move forward with the work should she decide to proceed. Regarding communication, our employees occasionally use their personal phones in addition to the company line to ensure timely communication, especially while working in the field. This explains why calls may have come from different phone numbers. We have been transparent and professional throughout this process and remain committed to working with both the customer and your office toward a fair and reasonable resolution.
