Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Salesperson Dianna Beatty came to house without samples, Colors, accessories, etc. Her handheld device wasn't working to help in anyway. Project originally quoted for $36,657.00 & repeatedly reduced the price to $31,000.00 if we signed the contract today without knowing what the product looked like.

"hank you for following up regarding the consumer complaint with (Consumer name removed ) The contract for this project was signed on September 18, 2025, with an estimated installation window of 68 weeks, as stated in our agreement. While deck installations typically take less time, this timeframe is included to protect both parties in case of unforeseen delays such as product availability issues, weather conditions, or staffing challenges. At the time Ms.(Consumer name removed ) chose to cancel, we were in the process of scheduling the removal of her existing deck so that the necessary electrical work could be completed before installation of the new composite deck. The cancellation occurred outside of the 3-day rescission period clearly stated in our contract. Based on the details provided to us, we do not see a reasonable cause or justification for the cancellation. We are still actively reaching out to Ms. (Consumer name removed ), along with our sales manager, to discuss this matter and seek resolution. Our company remains fully ready and willing to complete the project as contracted, and we would be happy to move forward with the work should she decide to proceed. Regarding communication, our employees occasionally use their personal phones in addition to the company line to ensure timely communication, especially while working in the field. This explains why calls may have come from different phone numbers. We have been transparent and professional throughout this process and remain committed to working with both the customer and your office toward a fair and reasonable resolution. Please let me know if any further documentation or clarification is needed."

Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
The overall work was great they did amazing job. They were pretty fast at it . Went on top of roof , looked at it I really loved it. The customer service was great. They paid attention to my needs and my concerns will definitely hire them back for other work. Kallie was very knowledgeable! Well, definitely consider them when it comes to a couple of my rentals that still needs TLC. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family..

Extremely happy with my new windows! I purchased this house in 2019 and the original windows from when the house was first built in the 1960s were still on. They were thin and cracked with rotting wood all around and Right Choice did a great job replacing them. Iâ m saving a huge amount on my electric bill as well!

The worse customer experience I have ever had to deal with. Unprofessional, incompetent, damaged my home and stole from my home. The owner of the company, Rich, did absolutely nothing. Did not contact me via phone only text messages. I seriously question their business ethics.

The whole process went smoothly. Product was available within estimate dates. Scheduling occurred per our needs. The removal of exiting tub/shower and installation of new shower was completed in one day. Shower looks great. Everyone involved was extremely friendly. Installation team installed all accessories after consulting with us on locations. Great Job all around. We are now engaged with the company to replace our upper floor windows later this year.

Alex and Athen were very professional and when the price came in a little higher than we anticipated they worked with us keeping our project needs in mind and were able to get exactly what we wanted. Oscar and his crew did a beautiful job of installing our roof and cleared up the site before they left excellently. Extremely polite and efficient. It was horrible, they dont respond to our emails, there is a dent on the side of the room, it's not 4 season room, no sway bars put in, they left the gutter just hanging from the 4 season, we have a pool in the bottom of the 4 season room because the gutter leaks, one of the beams is cracked really bad. We are not happy with them and will never refer them to anyone!!

Working with them has been a breeze! We had them replace the last few windows we needed in a our recently purchased home. Each person we have spoke with has been knowledgeable! And we got a surprise thank you package in the mail with some amazing cookies!! The guys that came to do the install were kind, curious and efficient. Thy We have two kiddos and the guys joked around with them and were funny! The owner of the company (Rich) reached out to us the same day as the install to make sure we were satisfied with the experience and the work done. We have had a great experience all around and will reccomend them to anyone needing windows!! Thank you guys!

Right from our very first time meeting with Right Choice Construction, we were impressed! The salesman, Tony, was so personable and really took the time to listen to our needs. He helped us pick out the best windows for our budget and the functionality that we needed. To put icing on the cake, a few days after we had signed our contract, we got a package in the mail. Fresh baked cookies in a tin that said Thank You and Right Choice Construction Mugs. I've never heard of a business doing such a nice and thoughtful thing! Plus the cookies were really good :D This company even sent out a second person, Matt, to re-measure all of the windows and make sure they were the kind that we had wanted. To me, that is just high-quality work and professionalism! It was also nice because he was able to give us a ballpark time frame of when they would be put in (which the windows arrived earlier than expected so they were installed and done with weeks before their prediction, that's a plus in my book!) Fast forward to the installation days. My husband and I both had to work when they were going to be here but that actually worked out just fine. It was only a two-day installation but each day that we got home, they had cleaned up our house really well, leaving no mess behind. Once they were finished, the owner of the company, Rich, came over and did a walk-through with us, making sure we were satisfied with each and every window. The warranty with this company is phenomenal as well! This company is definitely worth checking out! We highly recommend Right Choice Construction for their excellent customer service, punctuality, professionalism, and down-to-earth people. We have several projects planned for the future and you can bet on where we're going to go! I tried adding a few before and after pictures. Sorry for the terrible lighting!

It turned out great! The owner, Rich, cares about his customers and their satisfaction. They installed 30 high quality windows on my home and did it right. They also have the best warranties around. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Bumps always occur on any kind of project - the difference between an outstanding experience and a difficult experience is the honesty, professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise the contractor brings to the job. Right Choice has it all! I wouldn’t hire anyone else to do work on my home!

The work that was done was quality and professional. We had some communication issues that the owner resolved by meeting with us in person to clarify. He did a great job making sure we ended up with the product we envisioned. As this was our first renovation project, we have learned a lot from talking with Rich.
