We originally asked him to install two toilets and a new faucet. One toilet and faucet was installed property but the second toilet was not. We contacted him to come back and fix the second toilet and he never contacted us back. He refused to give us an invoice for work complete. He refused to guarantee his work. Now I have to have another plumer come out, pay another $250, and fix the issue that he refuses to resolve. He just ignores your request and refuses to come and fix the issue he created.

They were quick to stop and give me an estimate. When they came to do the job they were patient and explained everything and didnâ t fix things that didnâ t need doing yet. I really appreciated the communication about arrival time as well. Definitely calling them again when I need something done.

Just replaced two water lines(maybe $20 in material) and charged me almost $500. That's not very affordable. Companies like this is why people do their own work.

"I gave you a price before we even started the job I told you what route we were going to do you agreed upon a price we fixed your solution that no one else could when you leave us a three star review there was more to just replacing two waterlines waterlines were leaking behind the wall. We had to cut out the wall to find out that it is cpvc leaking we converted over to pex ran New water lines to the faucet with new shut off valves I think that is a pretty decent price."

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Affordable installed a new water heater. Charged $1800. Gas smell in basement and first floor. Called Affordable back to repair gas leak. Problem persists.

They did not do as agreed, I tried asking how to remedy the situation but between the timing of their solution I could not wait. They already were not accurate on when they would start or when they said it would be complete (they never did finish), Iâ m shocked they had such a good rating I was basing my decision off of.

"Start day was on Saturday. We started it on Friday. Told him it would be done by Monday at a simple punchlist. Did everything on the punchlist? All the walls were completely scraped, and scuffed written on with markers and crayons he told us he was repainting the walls, and at the end he wanted to complain about the walls his expectations were unrealistic. We charged him $400 to clean a three bedroom two bathroom full basement went in above and beyond the house was absolutely destroyed which in my opinion $400 was way under bed. It should have been at least $800."
