We hired him to fix some rotted wood around the outside of our garage and porch area as well as up near the chimney, pressure wash and paint the front portion of our home and the repaired areas. Before doing multiple small jobs at my house, Mike sent over a very professional and clear quote. I checked his pricing with my brother in law, whoâ s a general contractor, and he confirmed it was fair. Once I hired him, Mike was ready to do the job within days. He fixed the door closer on my front glass door and installed six new smoke detectors. The job was quick and done right.
