What I liked about the service was the price, the promptness of contacting me, and the polite conduct of the man. We had a mis-fire with the first appointment, but I was half to blame because I missed their confirmation call.

Their men worked very hard. As with any outside source you should inform of details you want addressed. Thyey tried to do what I asked.

The house looked and smelled great. The only thing was that they missed small details--floor boards, some knick-knacks, small areas that weren't paid as much as attention as I would have liked. Also, I had the carpet cleaned, but none of the spots were removed... makes me wonder how effective that steam cleaner really is. Overall, though, very nice and pleasant people that did a good job. Worth the money.
