Do not use this company, unprofessional, not on time, no integrity. When he showed up five hours late, his helper was smoking and eating chips. They started getting in a fight in front of us. He could never figure out the issue, he cold not provide an estimate, could not find a solution. He was over priced. He took some of my parts when he left.

I have reduced my price many times trying to please her and even came down to the price she agreed to pay when I was there. Not sure what else I can do. Most people work a job and expect to get paid. We just purchased our home, and we requested proof the sprinkler system worked. We only choose Affordable Landscapes and irrigation due to previous homeowner used them to perform work and winterize the system. Our first appointment was scheduled for a Saturday (midday in April)... we did not hear from them until Saturday evening that they had a job run late and had to reschedule our appointment. We rescheduled for 3-5 the following Tuesday...they call at 6:28pm saying they are still about 45 minutes away do we still want them to show... yes, I want my sprinkler turned back on even tho you are already 1.5hrs after your window
3 guys including the owner came at 7:30 (2.5hrs AFTER the time window) and said our pump was seized, evidence of leaking, and the contacts were burnt. Since we just moved in the home I pulled out the paper work that his company signed off on in November showing they worked on the system, replaced nozzles and winterized it and everything was working properly. After a few discussions... he stated the previous owners could have known it was bad... So I asked *why did you sign off it was good? And it stated you did work... So did you just rip them off?* The business Owner then proceeded to curse me out saying he did not appreciate me saying that about him...he would not do that... he is only here trying to help... After he started yelling and cursing at me (Mind you my young son was right there the whole time) but at that point I said *who the *** are you talking to?* He said to his worker where is her husband I am not dealing with this woman.* While he was still going off, I had to walk in the house because my son was scared that some guy was yelling at his mom. I feel like the company did not properly winterize the system and now are trying to charge me $800 to fix it and the business owner was upset when I asked about it. The Owner is extremely unprofessional, at one point (before yelling at me) he even yelled at one of his employees to go to the truck when he was trying to explain something. This was the worst experience I have had with any company in this area! Stay far, far away from this company!!

"I guess the best thing to say is I cannot tell you what happens between the time I leave in the fall and the time I come back in the spring. I do not know if someone had restarted the system but when I left it was working fine. When I came to look at it for you it was locked up solid and the pump is no good. I did offer to take it to my shop and put it on my flow bench and test it and see if I could free it up if there was something jammed in it. I thought it was quite rude of you to suggest I ripped off the original homeowners when I did no such thing and all I did was try to help you with your problem by agreeing to even look at your pump a"

The repairman who came to my home was Sam King. We were on vacation in MN and a neighbor informed us that our lawn sprinklers were going off in the afternoon instead of early morning that I had previously set. I used HomeAdvisor to recommend someone to come and reset my system controller. I chose Affordable Landscapes and Irrigation based on published recommendations. Sam could not come immediately but kept me informed via text msg of when he could be there. He found that the controller needed to be replaced and after restarting the system he also suggested replacing the pressurizer. He gave me an estimate before doing the repairs which I considered reasonable. I was very satisfied with his work.

This company came out 2 times and I was only looking for an estimate they replaced pipes and all sorts of stuff charged me 700. And still needed to come back. They are unprofessional and crooks. Never use these guys, they are terrible and will rip you off.

Once I arrived at your home I explained everything you needed to get done. You were right there with me and watched me do it all. It was getting late and I explained I would have to come back to finish We did quite a bit of work to your system and replace your bladder tank and your pressure switch which was shorted and was a fire hazard. You explained to me the system was not working for years, so I went over it quite well. You never indicated you were unhappy with my service..."

Replaced bladder tank and diverter valve. Good service. Found leak after repair and had to dig up area. No 5 star rating due to boss not being receptive to concerns over processes. Make sure to check for leaks first. Will give second chance if need service again, maybe.

"I am sorry were not able to receive a 5 star review however, If you have a cycling problem one of the first places we look is at your bladder tank which in your case was depleted of air. Good start but, obviously it did not solve your problem. At least replacing the bladder tank will prevent other problems from occurring in the future with your system. It was a pleasure to work with you and I hope we may work with you again this summer? Sam King, Irrigation Supervisor."
