Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Repair
Bottom line they charged me over $600 and the problem is worse than before they arrived. They are very young and inexperienced with irrigation. I expected a single service person, and instead the owner showed up with a crew of 4, and charged me for 2 hours travel time for each person, without any warning in advance. They would not listen to what the actual problem was, and instead wanted to dig holes all along the line and make matters worse. They told me they would buy 2 critical repairs and return to complete the job, and instead just brought 1 part back, which prevented the job from being completed after 2 trips. They did not show up when they said they would, and one time showed up at 7:15pm. On one trip, they didn't even have a Phillips screwdriver with them and hard to borrow mine, and then never returned it to me ! This was an old person's nightmare ...
