After the service call I discovered leaks with the sprinkler head that they had replaced. I call and texted to ask them to come back and look a this problem and they never responded to my calls or my texts. So now I am out of $184 which I paid them, and I will have to start all over again with another contractor.

Everything went very well the project was excellent.

They called right away. They showed up early in the time frame window. They were friendly. I was happy to have them do the work.

Called promptly and made appointment quickly.

They came a little ahead of their scheduled time but it was close enough. They're all about business. I hired them to winterize my system. They did 11 zones in less than 1 hour. I would definitely hire them to re-open my system in the spring.

Very professional but easy to work with and very attentive to my needs. The equipment is first notch and the manual controller is very easy to program.

After installation, the owner stated the first winterization is free. He even wrote it on the invoice. At wintertime, the winterization was full price, and claimed he did not remember offering any free winterization. I have NOT recommended this company to anyone in our neighborhood. His greed cost him future customers.

Marshall contacted me immediately to schedule an appointment and possible repairs the same day. He was punctual and as soon he arrived he started working the sprinklers. The price was a little bit over of what I was quote from others company here. But, he did fix everything I wanted at the time. Will do business with him again.

Explained everything we needed to know to make a decision on what system to install and then after installation helped us become familiar with how to operate it. Very impressive. They were very responsive, communicated with me throughout my project and worked with me as changes were needed. The installation crew were knowledgeable. Provided me a reasonable price. Delivered everything they said they would. I had several different companies provide their estimates. Marshall responded quickly to all my requests for information. he was very flexible in the design and allowed me to customize it with some unique requirements. I don't think other companies were as flexible without increasing the price dramatically. There were a couple of areas where he needed to return after the major installation was complete. He returned on the exact day he said he would and completed everything. Also honored their warranty. Because of all the good follow-up support, properly completing the main project, flexibility with requirements and responses after the project was completed, I would certainly hire again.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Affordable Lawn Irrigation. They finalized the work in three days and installed a wi-fi sprinkler control system with a rain sensor. I am very happy with this system, as it is easy to program, and you can control it with your phone from anywhere in the world.

I hired Marshall to install a sprinkler system and install a meter, he did everything except for installing a meter, it was suppose to be done in April and has not been installed, I have been following up with Marshall every week, now he is not accepting my calls, , Marshall was suppose to call for an inspection so we can get a meter and claims he has called, yesterday the meter man was suppose to show up and did not
