Here it is March 2016, I hired this company back in Sept. 2015. They were to grind a large stump & install a screen. The screen door was damaged, & looks hideous. Part of the stump still remains. Called him to come & fix what was not done correctly the 1st time. He came out a couple of times, took measurements of the door, said he'll be back as soon as the new screen door comes in. Again, I hired him in Sept. 2015 & have not seen him at all. I am truly embarrassed about when people come over because it looks like the contractors are not finished...well they aren't. He is a sweet talker. I ended up spending over $300 more when he got here because he found something wrong with the threshold on the door where the screen door was. They fixed that but left everything else looking like a construction site. I am very unhappy with the work & quality of the work.

If you are a Woman BEWARE, He is a smooth talker knows what to say to make you like him, He does not finish projects always has a excuse, And HE IS A LIAR, Will not call you back even has some sort of centrey link add on his phone now so you can not speak to him or even leave a message, If he does not want to hear from you even Hone Advisor can not get a hold of Him.. He asks for money every time he comes out, Pleas people I do not want this man to do what he did to me to some one else. He said he would get back with me number of times Still waiting, I paid him deposits on his work That never got completed. I had to Hire some one else to finish his work. Not to be trusted and I would not give him any money til the job is done, He will tell you he needs a deposit to get supplies, Pay him when the work is done . They put a new roof on my house and I had no leaks Well I do now, Please be carful of this contractor, I have made my step on my end to get this worked out, And I will get whats coming to me for the money I lost and paid to get his work finished.

Gave me an estimate, took a deposit, has yet to do the work and it's been almost two months.

Talk about customer service! When they arrived to fix a roof problem, they noticed I had a flat tire. They took the tire into town and got it repaired and then did the roof. Since I am single, this was a great help to me. Worked fast and did a great job. I will recommend this company to my neighbors.

The job was never finished

Hired in June to repair window brick mold, patch roof, paint 2 doors, hang 1 light. It is the end of November and work is still not done. I have already paid him MORE THAN WHAT I SHOULD HAVE. (Lessons learned for me). And he still has my light. Very disappointed and upset.

Hired them to take care of some plumbing leaks. They were great to work with. I will call them again.

Hired them to remove all of my old plumbing and replace it. They did a great job very quick. My new go to for whatever I need done!!

They're very unreliable I was without toilet for a week no shower for 2 weeks I paid $3100 dollars for $1000 worth of work as of now my light fixtures are hanging out of the wall the drywall and plumbing has to be redone when contacted by home advisor John called to resolve this I told him he could resolve this by a refund and he said nope! If hiring these people from my experience you will get minimal work for expensive cost. And the only reason they get a half star they won't let you rate them a zero.beware hire at your on risk. thanks ! Mark vanover.

Don't ever hire this group. What was a 3 or 4 day job. And now after 12 days they are no where near done. I sit day after day waiting on them and they never come. Don't ever hire this crew my house is in a mess.

I agree 100 percent with the gentleman who wrote the previous review .When we signed the contract,he said it would take 3days and begin on Monday, no show all week,I called ,the office girl said they had an emergency.the middle of the next week on a sunny day ,I called at 10:00 and woke John up and he said it was raining in Kingsport,I said the sun. Is out in Morristown.he finally came and worked usually2or3hrs a day.He never cleaned his mess up when he left for the day,leaving nails and debris all over the patio.it took almost 3 weeks to do 3 day job.I am not pleased about the price or the work. Will never hire him again.

Very personal service

They did a job for me in April and I was happy with there work, so I hired them for another job. John Bays gave me an estimate to put screen wiring up and some maintenance work on a new porch on a cabin,He was also going to replace some damage screens on another porch on a house on the same property. I gave him a deposit and I was given a appointment date of May 13th and 14th 2015. Close to the date of the appointment he called to cancel because he had to finish another job first. I was going on vacation the 15th so we made another appointment for June 1st 2015 10-10:30am. He told me he would defiantly be there to do the work. When he did not show up on that date by 11am I called. No one answered so I left a message. In about 10 minutes John called me back very upset with my message. He went on to give me the excuse that his office manager was surpost .to call me earlier to see if I was back from my vacation.She never called and that was his reason for not coming. I decided to give him another chance. He made an appointment for Wednesday June 3rd at 10-10:30am, but said he lost the measurements that he took earlier and would have to come out to re-measure for the screen wiring. He said he would be out to measure either that evening (June 1st) or the next evening (June 2nd). On the morning of June 3rd his girlfriend/office manager shows up to take the measurements, because he never showed up on the 1st or the 2nd. I asked her, Samantha Walters, if John would be out later to do the work. She said she did not know, but called him to find out. She told me he would be out here the next day, June 4th, to do the work between 5 to 6pm. He said he could not come on the 3rd because he had to go buy all of the materials first. This is when I found out he never brought any of the materials for the job. Now I know the real reason for not coming. On June 4th he never showed up and I did not get a phone call saying WHY. I called the office and left a message that I was done playing this game and wanted my #300.00 deposit back in 5 days. I can not figure out how someone who did a good job for me a month ago could become so unreliable So my rating for them this time iwould be 0, but since I can not give a 0 I am giving them 1/2 stars on everything. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Great yard care for fair prices.

They were very handy, cleaned up all my yard, trimmed trees. Nice company to work with. Will have them back.

John did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I have akready recommended him to friends. And I will call him again when I need his services.

He does such good work that he could charge more. He does great work.

I can call them about anything he comes right out and takes care of it. We truly trust them! I would recommend them to anyone!
