Snow Removal
Cleaned roof, but left a very large amount of snow on back deck and walk. Also left a large amount of snow on front walk, blocking same. This was after they specifically agreed to clean ALL of this away. Charged $230.00 for this. They had a snowblower, but did not use it to finish job. Snow was "too heavy" to move. I am disabled, and now I have a mess that I will have to depend on warm weather to correct. Would NOT recommend to others.

After nobody returned my call on Super Bowl Sunday, Mr. Witt called me back about the leak in our house. He promptly came out and got to work to stop the leak. Thanks to Jim, we were able to get the leak stopped and he came back to repair it the next day. I will use him for any jobs in the futre.

Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
Jim was very courteous and willing to do whatever we needed him to do or tried to do.He wanted to please. However, after he left we noticed the vinyl siding was streaked and looked like it was a hit and miss job. He said he couldn't do anything for the oxidizing that occurred. However, we have seen other neighbors have jobs done whose homes were older than ours and there were no streaks or spots or... whatever. Jim used cold water in his power washer. Honestly, I am sorry we didn't go with a hot water power wash. Jim needs to convert. I would have been willing to pay more to have a better job. The only thing that really was washed satisfactorally were the windows. $375 down the tubes.

Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
He was scheduled to come on Tuesday, I waited all day, no call. Finally I called him and he said he had been overwhelmed with work and had to get organized. He came on Friday with a helper, and did an excellent job of mowing everything I asked him to do. He will come back in a couple of weeks for maintenance.

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Hired on 4/11/15. Stated he would start on Monday 4/17. My son and neighbors were checking his progress. On May 14 talked with Jim in regards to job still not being complete. Paid him the balance owed. He wrote on his bill he would be back on the 18th to finish the job. I arrived today 5/20/15 job still not complete. He did a good job but not in a timely manner. I will finish it myself.
