I hired them and they did the job on 12/19/12. I went to NJ to see my new granddaughter for her 1st Christmas. They redid parts of the roof on 1/11/13. Called them and told them the porch was leaking worse than it was before they redid it. I spoke with a 1/3 company owner named Chris. The salesman started being verbally abusive when they showed up for the third redo. I have taken many dated and time stamped pictures to prove my point. I have duplicates to send them. They no longer return either text messages or phone calls either at Chris's cell number or the office number. I thought I was upgrading my property when I had the metal

The estimate was thorough and detailed. The workmen were prompt and polite. They cleaned up after the job and made sure I was pleased before they left.

From the initial phone call, getting an estimate, being approved for credit and financing to having the roof installed only took a few days. It was painless, and I was extremely satisfied. Excellent job.

Low Key sells. Fast installation (maybe too fast). Overall appearance good (some minor details could have been better). Seems to be very quiet during rain. Too soon to give a true quality evaluation.

Overall it was a great experience. The workers showed up on time, were pleasant to respond to any questions. Completed the project on time and cleaned up once they were done. Management was available and helpful.

The company came on the date they said would be there. Very thorough and Cleaned up after themselves. The job looks GREAT and gave the better pricing and stood by the price.
