Hired this company to install faucets in the bath kitchen, that went? ok?. Ron was late for my project. I then discussed with him adding a dishwasher which he agreed to do we started discussing plans. He said he ordered materials and would start the project in 3/4 weeks. Well, that time came he said he needed half upfront(ok no problem). After repeatedly asking for a contact(for 2 weeks) I never heard from him again. He will not return texts or when I call he hung up on me or sent my calls to voicemail. Now I have wasted over a month of my time, have wasted hundreds of dollars on purchasing a dishwasher I have no one to install. I would never work with this company again.

I contacted Home Advisor looking for a plumber. The response from Affordable Plumbing was almost immediate. Ron answered my questions regarding a leak and then we spoke about replacing a toilet. He quoted that job and we agreed to an appointment a few days later. I was pleasantly surprised as my work was not an emergency. Ron arrived and quickly, efficiently and professionally completed the work. He could not have been nicer to work with and I not only highly recommend him here but will also share this story with my friends. Highly satisfied!

Ron was very sympathetic to my problem and was immediately available or made himself available to come right over. I had an individual lined up to put in my water heater, but that fell through. Ron came right over, checked out the situation, quoted a price that was acceptable me and went to work. He was pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend him and will be having him back for less serious plumbing issues I have going on in the future. Thank you Ron!

I needed a plumber right away because the under neath oh my kitchen double sink, the pipes busted loose and filled the whole inside. So when I called and told him of my situation, he came out to my house in less then a half an hour that same evening. He had it fixed within a half and hour. He was very pleasant and took his time to explain everything. I'm very pleased and would definitely call again and tell my friends also !!?

The gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable about what they were there to do. Ron and Kevin worked very hard at taking care of our problems we were experiencing with the low pressure. They replaced all water pipes and installed fixtures that we bought. I am happy with the final product and the water pressure is exceptional. My only advice is do not buy fixtures, allow the company to buy for you, then you will there guarantee on the fixtures as well. Price was very reasonable. We do have plans to replace hot water tank with this company in the future.

Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains Installation
They were hired to install a battery backup, bury a sump pump line, and install a French drain. The job was not complete when they requested payment. Took them weeks to get me the battery for the battery backup. Numerous excuses, but eventually I got it. After a day, the secondary line they installed (check valve) came loose and created a constant cycle for my sump pump to run. He did return to fix that promptly but blamed it on the helper. Let us get to the real issue, they buried the sump line and installed a French drain. The yard has been flooded since. Messaged him about it, he said he would dig the hole deeper and add more stone (tells me he did not complete the job correctly the first time). Blames it on a low spot... Contacted him for a partial refund for the cesspool he created in my backyard and said he did what he was paid to do. I beg to differ, as I did not want a cesspool in my backyard. The new contractor is doing the job correctly, I guess I will see you in court...

"First off, we never requested or expect any payment until the job is completed frank s watched every step by step paid us in full when the job was complete. We did this job 9 months ago and now they want to review because we are the French drain company, it is in a bowl in his yard and the Landscaping crew was coming out next day to grade the yard and lay grass seed which I never graded the yard. It is hilly and it is a bowl, I offered to come out and take a look at it and all she responded was I want a partial refund did not even give me the opportunity to address the situation as far as the battery we ordered a battery back up I did not come with a battery."
