Gene charged $850 for less than four hours of work. I've spoken to several people since then who felt that was excessive. It was a simple project....roughing in a bathroom sink, installing a shower valve and moving the shower head up six inches. I know plumbers are expensive, but this really felt like too much. Gene was very responsive, arriving on time and doing the work promptly and well. I felt the cost of the work was excessive, but I was under a deadline, so didn't get other bids to determine if his estimate was out of line. He does do good work.

Called and came out same day. Tried to fix existing unit but needed to replace. Went & got a new unit and installed that day.

Clean clogged drain. Prompt in responding to service request and was here when he said he would be. He explained my options and the cost was very reasonable. He cleared the clogged drain, but was unable to high pressure clean as far down the line as he wanted to. He went as far as the drain line would allow. His work is guaranteed for a year. I would call him first if the need arises.

Mr. Kasatkin showed up and gave me a bid. I had an emergency situation, and really appreciated his pro-active approach. He also gave me a discount for digging my own hole. This helped me tremendously, as I am currently unemployed. My first experience with your service was exceptionally positive!!!
