    We hired Affordable pools to install a new pool heater and open our pool. Their prices were very competitive for opening and affordable for the pool heater. Tom came to service our pool. We also had a pool cover issue which he diagnosed immediately and offered advice. Tom was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond his scheduled service with no extra charges. We will use Affordable pools again!

    Tom replaced and installed a new pool heater for me. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with information and suggestions to save me a little bit of money. Friendly and very professional.

    I called in Feb to get this project started . It is now the end of Sept and it is not completed.' He is not responding to most of my attempts to contact him.

    Response from Company:

    The dates are somewhat inaccurate. On the day this was written we were at her house working on her pool pump at her request. This has yet to be billed. I have all her texts and can show that I had responded. Project is 80^ complete and can't do much more as we have been trying to get a grout color choice from customer. I have asked for a color choice several times yet I get no response.
