Tony did a great job on all the jobs. I had originally wanted dry wall replacement, repair and painting, but because he was doing a great job, I added more projects which he accomplished in a timely manner.

While very courteous and flexible in their introduction and approach, their experience and implementation of the actual work was much less than expected, without accepting the possibility that mistakes were made. The job was completed in an unconditioned space on a very hot and humid day, and was also not properly patched, resulting in bubbles on the wall, unpainted areas, a missed wall. The only reason I wrote them a check is due to the fact the amount was small enough it was not worth going to court over.

It was quite an experience for us all! Although I rated your service as good, there were too many miscommunications issues. I appreciate you trying to fulfill your service agreement, but I still have several things I need to take care of from your work. Small, speckled ceiling paint is covered on my appliances, floors, counter tops (especially since I rent my apartment and am personally responsible to the apartment owners and H.U.D. for it). In some cases, nail holes were not filled before painting; wall surfaces were not prepared properly (sanding previous imperfections); some items were not reinstalled as promised. Because of the work I need to still do to rectify some things, I will not be sending you the final $50.00 that I withheld before I physically came back home to live. You are good people. I appreciate the work you did do and want to thank you for that. I love the colors you helped me chose!
